This gin compliments the rough seas, celebrating our juniper-based spirit’s naval heritage. A nose of salty ocean breeze gives way to notes of native lime interplayed by seagrass. A combination of juniper distilled through maceration and vapour infusion creates a melody of depth and mouthfeel. Sweetness and elevated texture are provided by macadamia and vanilla. The lifted finish is stormed by ginger, grapefruit peel and salt as the drink takes sail, three sheets to the wind.

Our hero botanical Juniper is distilled whole, crushed, macerated, and vapour infused to attain the highest level of complexity and depth. Grains of Paradise and cassia bark add warmth and structure. Riverland citrus provides lift, softened by vanilla and macadamia, integrating the palate. Here’s to a new modern classic.
Wolf Lane Davidson Plum Gin
Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. It makes for a perfect after dinner gin. VOL / 500ml ALC / 33.5%
Morris Rutherglen Muscat Barrel Single Malt Australian Whisky
Creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes, which give way to sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice. The whisky is matured in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine barrels plus finished in rare Morris Muscat barrels, previously used to create multi-award winning Muscat. COLOUR: Deep rich copper with reddish hues. NOSE: Rich with dates, figs and sweetness of dark molasses. PALATE: Well balanced and complex. Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with creamy mouth feel. FINISH: Superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying after taste that lingers on the palate.

Matured in port puncheons, Limeburners Whisky is aged for up to 8 years. The resulting single malt is all spice and fruit with aromas of port and vanilla on the nose, barley, honey, raisins and caramel on the palate and finishes smooth.
Brogan's Way Royal Blood Gin
Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel. Tasting Note Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom. A winner in a dry Martini and a Dirty G&T with a slice of apple to garnish.
