The Noble One by De Bortoli is considered Australia's premier dessert wine, and for obvious reasons. The 2002 Noble One is a classic expression of the style with rich apricot treacle characters with fig and orange blossom still active on the nose and palate. Hints of vanilla bean and a refreshing acidity on the finish mean this decade old wine will continue to live in the cellar for many years more.

The hallmark of Tim Adams' Pinot Gris is the balance between flavour sweetness and acidity. Nashi pear, green apple and tropical fruit aromas lead into a full-flavoured, rich and textured palate.

Predominately sourced from the finest parcels of fruit grown on the Zilzie Estate, these wines are testaments to the Forbes Family's passion to nurture premium quality vineyards and create captivating wines. Crunchy pear, citrus and perfumed aromas followed on the palate by citrus, blood ornage and pear flavours with refreshing minerality. Perfect with grilled whiting and wedge of lemon.

Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

Sidewood Pinot Gris is sourced from selected rows from their 300 acre estate in the Adelaide Hills. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows a fresh nose and palate of crisp apples, nashi pear and citrus. With a smooth, almost silk like texture, this excellent Gris has brilliant natural acidity and a length and character that will allow the wine to age wonderfully.

Pale straw in colour, this wine displays clean and fragrant grassy aromas of pear and apple fruits. A soft richly textured finish combines to make an ideal food wine.

Vibrant deep crimson in colour. Lifted blackberry and spice on the nose. Fresh fruit, berries and toasty vanillan oak on the palate. This De Bortoli Sacred Hill Shiraz Cabernet has soft, round tannins with good length on the finish.
