The nose displays aromas of raspberry and herbs with an attractive earthiness. The palate shows red berries, pomegranate and some lovely forest floor characters. A fine tannin profile and bright natural acid lift provide great depth and structure to the plate. The beautiful acidity suggests this.

The 2017 Mornington Pinot Noir is off a 20 year old vineyard, with predominately clone 115, and some MV6 and 114. The vineyard is south-east facing and seems to take just a few extra days to ripen than the vineyards close by, which can make all the difference with hot summers. The vines are on a bed of rich red loam over course gravel.

The wine is a vibrant brick red in colour. It displays notes of sour cherries, Christmas pudding and cinnamon on the nose. The palate is rich and textural with hints of strawberry, forest fruits and earthy undertones.Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.Fruit for this wine was handpicked from our single vineyard site The View approx 300 metres above sea level. A classic Fromm Vineyard Pinot Noir, a multi-layered wine, very concentrated without appearing big or heavy, with positive tannin support. At its best it shows a masculine charm with a distinct terroir-related identity, aging superbly.

Rockburn Pinot Noir is a ripe, fleshy pinot noir with black cherry, blackcurrant and toasty oak flavours. Good concentration and a silken texture with powerful sweet fruit flavours driving a lengthy finish.

Dedicated solely to perfecting the variety, Black Grape Society have come mightily close to Pinot perfection with this Cromwell Basin sourced beauty. Deep and rich in flavour and colour, the juicy plum, cherry and blackberry palate make way for a ripe savoury finish.

This savoury Pinot Noir is the result of an assemblage of twelve individual batches sourced from our Maroondah Highway vineyard. Subtle aromas of rhubarb, violets, earth, chervil, mace, leather, pencil shavings & cocoa nib with a stemmy note contributed by fermention with stalks. The composed elegant palate exhibits strawberry, tamarind & peach stone tartness from ingrained natural acidity, softly spreading fruit weight & sweeping talc-like tannins.
