Hear No Evil is an organic wine range sourced from premium South Australian vineyards crafted using small batch boutique winemaking techniques. Their Adelaide Hills Sav Blanc displays lime, citrus and passionfruit flavours carried by a fine mineral acid backbone, and is a more restrained and elegant version of Sauvignon Blanc.

A delightful cool climate Chardonnay, Oyster Bay had created a beautiful wine with the clean pure varietal character that typifies the best whites from Marlborough. Flavours of stone-fruit and citrus are perfectly balanced with creamy nutty oak. Crisp and a lengthy finish.

Penfolds Maxs Chardonnay is a tribute to former Chief Winemaker Max Schubert, a legend in Penfolds history. Pale straw in colour with green hues, this wine has a very nice textural and creamy palate with a soft line of acid fading ever so slowly to a distant palate horizon.
