Under Wraps Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

This beautifully aged wine reflects the premium quality of the growing region of Bordeaux, in southern France, where these blends are called a white Bordeaux. This graceful SBS is no exception. Here is an opportunity for you to sample a well-structured mature wine - grow and develop your palate. Good acid profile with a percentage given treatment and time in oak, which offers structure, longevity and potential. If you drink this blind you would not guess its age; instead you can appreciate a wine full of character. Therein lies the beauty of a well-made wine and the journey of our palate development. That’s another plus point of a well-made wine: you can keep the conversation going. Its sister from 2005 is still going strong.
