This cuvée is a blend of fruit from high altitude Estate vineyards - including the brilliantly named Sandgrub vineyard - dotted around the village. There's a good dollop of Wasseros too, a fine vineyard which wraps around the Gräfenberg Grosse Lage. We've had some great bottles of this wine over the years, but few with the kind of horsepower on offer here. Racy and cool, with citrus and ripe stone fruit, yet balanced by fabulous, mouth-watering acidity; this is the sort of wine that will make Riesling lovers shudder with pleasure. Robert Weil doesn't make 'entry level' wines, as this clearly shows.

The Philip Shaw No.11 Chardonnay is produced from high altitude vineyards in a region firmly claiming its rightful place at the table of great Chardonnay regions, Orange of NSW. A brilliant combination of flavours of citrus and honey dew and a great sense of minerality with a firm focus on low crops and supreme site selection.

This Riesling by Lethbridge is Germanic in style, with fruit sourced from vines planted in 1982 at Barretts Vineyards near Drumborg. It is made using traditional German wine-making techniques, the hand-picked grapes were whole bunch pressed into tank for fermentation by wild yeast on partial solids. Fresh grapefruit acidity, underlying grapefruit, a dash of sherbet, some early bottle maturation honey and just a hint of ripe mango/peach fruit, all topped off with some yeast funk.

2019 was the inaugural vintage for Byrne Farm in cool climate Orange. Jeff Byrne is the former head winemaker at Audrey Wilkinson in the Hunter. A superb first release.Attractive garnet colour. Forest floor, pot pourri, game and mushroom. Clean, delicate and very elegant, bursting with bright red fruit, velvety texture, soft oak, juicy acidity and a dry finish. Gently handled with lovely fruit expression.

This stunning deep purple wine is sourced from the cooler climate of Orange.<br>The aromas of coffee and mulberries are followed by rich wild blackberries on the front of the palate. The Rabl estate was founded in 1750 and today covers around 50 hectares of vineyards in Austrias famous Kamptal wine region. Kamptal gets its name from the river Kamp and is home to Austrias largest wine-producing town, Langenlois. This south-southeast orientated vineyard is planted with Riesling in the upper part comprised of gneiss and slate soils. The lower parts possess deeper soils and are used for Grüner Veltliner. This is a warm site that lends wines a unique smoky mineral character.

The colour of gold struck through with green, this Riesling shows classic lime and mineral aromas with a touch of gooseberry. Rich and full-bodied, the citrus and tropical fruit flavours are underpinned by crisp acidity.

This outstanding Riesling has subdued lavender, fresh herb aromas, lemon blossom while the palate is soft round and smoothed out by a touch of sweetness that is deep and lingering. Before being grasped by a clenched fist of acidity.. The finish is taunt, ultra-crisp with a whisper of sweetness before the zesty dry grip takes over.
