Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas intermix with hints of honeysuckle and lime. Delicious juicy pear and red apple fruits drive the mouth watering palate with some delicate infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath. Our Fiano is a modern Australian interpretation of this delicious Italian grape variety. Aromas of honeydew and white peach with hints of citrus blossom and kaffir lime. On the palate we taste an array of complex fruits from white peach and semi dried white nectarine, to white saffron pear and citrus with classic creamy texture that is Fiano. The wine finishes refreshingly dry and crisp. A great partner with salads, seafood, light poultry and a refreshing drink on its own.

An evocative wine showing straw yellow colours with gold hues, a warm, and an inviting nose with elegant hints of elder flowers and citrus fruit. It's medium-bodied with a well balanced acidity giving freshness on the palate. Perfectly suits fresh pasta dishes such as spaghetti allo scoglio or linguine alle vongole or with seafood and shellfish. .
