The youthful palate contains flavours of sour cherries, plums and apricots, balanced by fine tannins. These wonderful elements fuse together to end the wine in a structured and captivating finish. This enticing Shiraz from Geoff Hardy has been crafted for immediate consumption, but can also be cellared for 8 years from vintage. It tastes excellent with a summer barbeque, or beef stew.

His ‘Enchanted Tree’ Shiraz certainly has the magic Midas touch, winning a rare Double Gold. It's dark and sumptuous, with silky raspberry and plum flavours, with a dash of creamy oak and lovely sweet spice.

It's made by the talented John Quarisa, who has enjoyed a “distinguished career as a winemaker spanning over 20 years” (Halliday).
