This grey-skinned grape Pinot Gris underwent a gentle winemaking process with minimal colour extraction from the skin that resulted in a beautiful blush hue. The soft palate is laced with pear and lychee flavours leading to a satisfying finish. This varietal can be enjoyed with oven-roasted chicken, meaty fish or pork dishes.

This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced from the beautiful Gumeracha wine region. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine flaunts a gorgeous green colour with a golden touch. A swirl on the glass exudes aromas of lime, grass, lemon and mango. These aromas seamlessly pave way for a matching palate that is brimming with citrus. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel.
