Nugan Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the classic Coonawarra region of South Australia. Enticing dark fruit aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry mixed with a hint of mint and eucalypt entwine gracefully with earthy tones and mixed spice. Intense flavours of dark berries, vibrant cassis fruit and velvety tannins beautifully melded with subtle oak accompaniment.

St Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon

Named after the famed Johann Gramp's grandson, Hugo, this is the very best Cabernet Sauvignon in the stable. From the very best sites in the region of Coonawarra, this wine shows classic regional mint and blackcurrant on the nose with a silky supple palate, elegant fruit characters, toasty oak and long, fine tannins.

Pepper Tree Limited Release Coonawarra Cabernet

Selected from the best rows off our small vineyard in the world famous Coonawarra wine region. The renowned quality of Coonawarra is a product of its thin rocky soils and underlying soft crumbly limestone which naturally produces balanced vine canopies and small crops of intensely flavoured fruit. Displaying delicate black and red fruits with lifted spice and floral notes. A finely structured Cabernet that will gain further complexity with cellaring.

Majella Cabernet Sauvignon

Smith & Hooper Reserve Merlot

Bright and medium depth in colour with a crimson red hue. There are aromas of plums, roses, blueberries and spice with a touch of cedar. The palate has impressive supple texture, it opens with jujube fruit transitioning to a silky linear tannin and plum middle palate.The wine finishes refreshingly bright and lingers long after the last sip.
