Fred Pizzini grew up in Italy and is bringing the taste of his homeland to the Australian dining table. Pizzini Arneis is grown and made in the foothills of the King Valley. This delicate grape ripens slowly in the protective Autumn mists and shows a bouquet of quince and almond and the palate displays wonderfully elegant fruit flavours.

This is a great value for money Pinot! 6ft6 has lovely aromas of cherries raspberries and a hint of white pepper on the nose. The palate is brimming with bright lively fruit and the balance is impeccable.

Stonier produces one of the most consistent Pinots from the Mornington Peninsula. Attractive plum and cherry flavours are enhanced by some gamey undertones and smoky oak influence. Perfect with duck.

Pacha Mama Shiraz enfolds you in her arms. It's elegant, it's got finesse. In the glass its vibrant plum red in colour, with a complex nose of spiced plums and dark chocolate backed with earth and spice. This wine is soft and fleshy and full of all the good dark fruits; plum and blackcurrant. It's seamless in the mouth with juicy fruit favours on the palate. A light tannic structure, vibrant acid and a long savoury finish.

Whitebox Shiraz has aromas of dark fruit, spice and leather that leads into a palate of blackberries and cedar. The fruit sweetness is balanced by firm acid and fine tannins. A great example of Heathcote Shiraz from a favourite of Dan Murphy's customers over the years.

This Pinot Gris from 6ft6 exhibits classic varietal characters of pear, honey suckle, apple and lime. The palate offers balanced delicate fruit with a cleansing finish. It is ideal when partnered with seafood and summer salads.

Thick and creamy egg Brandy style. Used in a myriad of cocktails, eggnog and the classic fluffy duck. The Dutch classic liqueur.

Sticks Yarra Valley Chardonnay is a quality cool climate Yarra Valley white with flavours of grapefruit, white peach, citrus and oak spice. Excellent texture, definitely a wine to enjoy today.
