Now Hervé brings us the Cabalié Rosé, a mouthwatering berry-rich, spice-rich, intensely flavoured pink that really packs a punch. Serve it with spicy chicken, paté and charcuterie, barbecued prawns or garlicky grilled meats for a real flavour sensation.

Our iconic full strength rosé is de-alcohlised using the latest GoLo technology. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemicals or heating. This delicate process preserves the structure of the wine and its aromatic qualities with no need to add extra aromas. Pale pink in colour, this blend reveals a nose of strawberry, cherries and forest fruits. A wonderfully refreshing drink - ideal as an aperitif or with BBQ food.

This irresistible black beauty is made from fabulously intense Shiraz and Grenache grapes grown on the craggy hillsides of France's Roussillon region. Look up from the vines and you will see ruins of castles perching precariously on rocky peaks. This inhospitable landscape and these ancient strongholds were home to medieval Cathars who lived in awe of evil god Rex Mundi ('King of the World').
