Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

This guys bringing Juniper, and lots of it! Weve done this by using Macedonian berries distilled on our very own Copper Pot Still, named Ron. Who better to compliment our Juniper than the delicate flavours of Strawberry and Mint, along with all the other usual suspects. Savoury, savoury, savoury! We've really explored what the rotovap can do with our take on a modern gin. We've added habanero and sunflower seed to create a relationship between fruit and savoury. The drink gets a good whack of spice from cinnamon and bayleaf then a touch of sweetness from passionfruit all of which is cold distilled maintaining freshness and vigour. On the still juniper has been macerated, distilled and vapour infused for maximum flavour which compliments and provides the back bone for the rest of the drink.The Modern Classic with a good tonic and wedge of lemon is nothing but exciting. I can not wait for you to experience the pull between the sunflower seed and quinine, the cinnamon hit, citrus and perfectly balance juniper backbone we've so painstakingly balanced. Aqua Vitae Modern Gin is as natural as it can get, and brings a flavour like no other.Translated from old Latin, aqua vitae means water of life, a term used for distilled spirits that originated in the Middle Ages. Aqua Vitae: Raspberry Gin is our latest gin; a sweet yet refreshing mixture created with Tasmanian-grown raspberries. These ingredients combine to create a harmonious taste that is rich on the palate, bringing a sweet and sensuous experience with each sip. With its rich red colour, and sweet raspberry finish, this gin can be enjoyed by itself on ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.
