Bannockburn Chardonnay
Pale, straw colour with insinuations of green. Overt, ripe varietal fruit characters on the nose - pineapple, citrus and nectarine derived are from the warm vintage conditions. Mineral characters, orange blossom and almond meal along with some lees derived creaminess are all balanced within this multi-dimensional palate.

Located on the left bank of the Serein River and facing East, this terroir provides rich and delicate wines with a marked minerality. 100% Premier Cru chardonnay, fermented using natural yeast, then aged in 50% stainless steel and 50% old French oak for 14 months. The wine is a pale gold-green colour. A tangy, clear and precise wine with wonderful intensity of zesty orchard fruit - energetic, with tremendous drive.
