Dal Zotto Arneis
Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Brown Brothers Brut Reserve Non-Vintage
Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.
Pizzini Nonna Gisella
Named after Alfred Pizzini's grandmother, this is a medium bodied Sangiovese - warm and humble just like its namesake. Aromas of lightly spiced plums and cherries lead to hints of chocolate, leather and lovely savoury characters. The palate is generous and full flavoured with good length, soft tannins and flavours of plums and cherries.
Pizzini Il Soffio Prosecco
Pizzini are one of the country's leaders in Prosecco. Il Soffio (the breath) is named for the gentle breeze that blows through the King Valley in the evening.Very pale straw. Fragrant lift of jasmine, green apple and white peach. Fine-boned and elegant with a bright mix of white fruit, grapefruit and a nutty layer, soft creamy texture and tightly wound acidity.

This exciting wine has beautiful floral aromas which combine with orange blossom, citrus, stone fruit and a subtle honey characters. Dal Zotto Sangiovese
Dal Zotto Sangiovese is mid garnet with a purple hue; the savoury bouquet is immediately reminiscent of Tuscany with briary red fruits, sour cherry in particular, sage and thyme and a little earthy complexity adding interest; the palate is medium-bodied and fleshy on entry, with the crunchy tannin and acid of the variety providing an engaging and savoury platform to conclude; will handle a huge array of flavours, from light to full blooded.

A citrus spectrum with the added complexity of hazelnut, pinenut, basil and pear. No surprise then that pesto is a perfect match.
Pizzini Arneis
Pizzini Arneis is grown and made in the foothills of the King Valley. This delicate grape ripens slowly in the protective Autumn mists and shows a bouquet of quince and almond and the palate displays wonderfully elegant fruit flavours.
