Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

This Pinot Grigio is a crisp white wine with aromas of savoury pear and fresh peach. This versatile wine is proving to be a popular choice for any occasion, with or without food. Try this wine with olive oil and garlic spaghetti with artichoke, Kalamata olives, goats cheese and fresh chilli. Nugan Durif exhibits aromas of ripe blackberry, plum and cherry with hints of aniseed and all-spice. A full-bodied wine displaying soft chewy tannins and a youthful fine acid balance with a generous palate of dark cherry and plum pudding with dusty chocolate, earth and spice. Durif is otherwise known as Petit Syrah.

When a young Alfredo emigrated from Spain in 1940, he had a clear vision of his family’s new life in Australia. Today, his legacy sees the Nugan family established as one of Australia’s most successful agricultural enterprises. This wine is a tribute to his vision and the passion he instilled in his family. Sourced from the Frasca’s Lane Vineyard in Victoria’s cool climate King Valley. Ripe aromas of cherry with hints of mocha, dark chocolate and earth followed by a savoury palate of spicy plum and raspberry with well-integrated tannins.

The colour is bright and vibrant with a youthful green hue. The nose shows lifted granny smith apple and pear notes along with a citrus undertone. The wine's tight natural acidity from the cool climate fruit make it perfect drinking young while at its light and delicate best.

No simple lemonade characters here, but rather some depth in aroma and flavour. Granny Smith apples, grapefruit, pear skin, preserved lemon. Named after Alfred Pizzini's grandmother, this is a medium bodied Sangiovese - warm and humble just like its namesake. Aromas of lightly spiced plums and cherries lead to hints of chocolate, leather and lovely savoury characters. The palate is generous and full flavoured with good length, soft tannins and flavours of plums and cherries.

Dal Zotto Sangiovese is mid garnet with a purple hue; the savoury bouquet is immediately reminiscent of Tuscany with briary red fruits, sour cherry in particular, sage and thyme and a little earthy complexity adding interest; the palate is medium-bodied and fleshy on entry, with the crunchy tannin and acid of the variety providing an engaging and savoury platform to conclude; will handle a huge array of flavours, from light to full blooded.
