Dal Zotto Nebbiolo
Weathercraft Beechworth Rose
This is not your average rosé. Handpicked from painstakingly managed 20-year-old Shiraz vines, the fruit was crushed and sent directly to tank to preserve the character of the wine. Fleeting contact with skins rewards with gorgeous colour and crunch. A cooler ferment keeps it bright, before ageing in old French oak for an element of savouriness.

Redbank Bella Vista Road Methode Traditionelle Non-Vintage
Crafted in the distinctive Redbank style, it's fruit forward, dry, crisp and teeming with complexity. The nose shows aromas of orange blossom, sherbet and citrus with a subtle note of strawberry. The palate shows clean and fresh natural acidity with notes of white stone fruit and lemon zest. As this wine ages it is developing its complexity with nougat and brioche notes appearing all while still having that classic Redbank backbone of natural acidity.
Chionetti Barbera d'Alba DOC Vigna San Sebastiano
The 2022 Chionetti Barbera d'Alba DOC Vigna San Sebastiano is a true gem from the Piedmont region of Italy. This wine, produced by the esteemed Chionetti winery, is a testament to their dedication to quality and tradition. With a deep ruby red colour, this wine immediately entices the senses. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, and a hint of spice are prominent. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced and full-bodied, with a velvety texture and smooth tannins. Flavors of dark fruits, such as blackberry and plum, are beautifully complemented by notes of vanilla and a touch of oak. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of elegance and sophistication. Enjoy this Barbera with hearty Italian dishes, such as beef ragu or wild mushroom risotto. A true delight for any wine lover.
Boroli Barbera D'Alba
Boroli Barbera d’Alba Langhe DOC is the estate’s take on Barbera in its pure, everyday guise, drawn from hillside vineyards around Alba that sit on classic clay-limestone soils with good exposure and ventilation. The fruit is picked by hand, fermented in stainless steel and then given a short maturation in large French oak (typically around six months), a regime that polishes texture while keeping Barbera’s natural freshness front and centre. In the glass, recent releases show bright ruby colour and aromas of red cherry, raspberry and blackberry compote with hints of violet, sweet spice and a gentle earthy undertone, carried by soft tannins and vibrant acidity. It is a supple, medium-bodied Barbera built for early drinking, offering plenty of fruit and regional character without heaviness and sitting neatly alongside Boroli’s more structured Nebbiolo and Barolo wines.
