Pot still is an equipment used to distill spirits. It is a slower process and had to be done in batches in a single distillery. Green Spot is an Irish whiskey that mixed pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in order to find the perfect balance on the smell and taste. It opens up with notes of orchard fruits, sweet spices and toasty oak. Full body and a lasting pleasant finish with flavours of warm spices and barley.

London dry gin. Blackwater No. 5 is a classic London Dry Gin, distilled from the purest spirit, the finest botanicals and soft local water. It balances the confident juniper notes of a traditional London Dry with bright coriander, warm cinnamon and zesty lemon. Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.

Post distillation our cryofiltration process ensures all impurities are removed, leaving us with a vodka of unsurpassed purity and clarity. We then gently fold the caramel into the vodka. Purely indulgent and moreish, this caramel vodka is silky smooth on the palate. Tasting Notes: Warm and sticky sweet with a creamy, buttery, sweet mouthfeel.

Distillation sets up the spirit for carbon filtration, then we commence our cryofiltration process. This refined vodka is the purest expression of the signature “Coffey Stills” which produce Nikka Whisky’s outstanding grain whiskies. With decades of experience in distilling white spirits as well as whisky, Nikka’s vodka perfectly captures the extremely smooth and delicate taste of the Coffey-distilled corn and barley spirits. Each spirit is distilled separately and skillfully blended. The formula is perfected with minimal filtration using white birch charcoal to deliver precise balance and mellow texture.

The Pasilla Mixe chilli is the hero here. Sourced directly from the Mixe farmers on the Sierra Norte mountains, we macerate the smokey chillis in a special alcohol made from Danish heritage Purple Wheat and organic malted barley. After distillation those same chillis are then used to make a Pasilla Mixe kombucha which is also distilled and then blended in to adjust the alcohol percentage.

This potato based, elegantly smooth Vodka is created in a copper pot still by expert distillers. They craft this extraordinary vodka in small batches, imparting a rounded mellow smoothness. Serve on the rocks for a rich smooth drink.
