Kilikanoon Covenant Shiraz

Made by one of the best producers in the Clare Valley to highlight the best characters of the region. Lifted aromas of black olive and spicy plums lead into a stylish and seemless palate.

Oakdene Wines Single Vineyard William Shiraz

Deep red purple. Intense bouquet of white pepper, spice and abundant black and red fruits leading to slightly sappy whole bunch notes. Medium bodied palate, with savoury dark berry fruit characters, licorice, spice and white pepper notes. Ripe tannins and well-integrated French oak. Balanced acidity, and a long savoury finish. Shiraz was destemmed, (with 20% included as whole bunches) and then fermented using wild yeast in small open vats peaking at 30 degrees C with extended maceration on skins post ferment. Pressed to barrel for malolactic fermentation and matured in French oak barriques (30% new) for 16 months and bottled in August 2018.Enjoy now with food or cellar for 5 to 15 years.

Bellarine Estate Pauls Petit Sirah

Wonderfully floral aromas of violet and rose petal leading to blueberry, plum and dark fruit. Supported by toasty oak and black pepper spice. Rich and mouth-filling, the palate replicates the nose. A well-structured web of tannins provides exceptional texture and length. A wine that will be complimented by decanting and generously reward cellaring.

Oakdene Wines Single Vineyard Bernard's Cabernets

Inspired by the red wines of Bordeaux, this vineyard blend changes to reflect each vintage and to preserve our house-style. Merlot 71%, Cabernet Franc 16% and Cabernet Sauvignon 13%. Deep crimson in colour. Complex bouquet of ripe mulberry and blackcurrant fruits with some leafy notes adding freshness. Medium bodied palate dominated by juicy red and black fruit notes and a refreshing tobacco leaf edge. Balanced by a firm but fine tannin backbone, fresh acidity and elegant, classic, bright red fruit characters. Co-fermented using wild yeast and matured in new (30%) and seasoned French oak barriques for 16 months. Enjoy now with food or cellar for 5 to 12 years.

Bellarine Estate Phil's Pinot Noir

Beautifully perfumed, earthy with cinnamon spice. Complemented by rose petals and lavender. Medium bodied, tightly wound and finely structured. Powerful yet subtle. Think dark cherries, currants and toasty oak. With an underlying earthy, forest floor and smoky tobacco. Decanted this wine opens up like a peacocks tail.

Oneday Estate Sweet Rosé Non-Vintage

Salmon in colour with cherry aromas, the palate is long and boasts a refreshing sweetness, with a lovely creamy finish.

Barwon Ridge Pinot Noir

A bright, fresh and delicate cool climate Pinot Noir. Whole bunches and a wild yeast ferment were used to produce lingering savoury flavours in the wine.

Riverstone Yarra Valley Estate Shiraz

Shiraz - Dense nose evoking aromas of cedar, plum, raspberry and roasted meats.The palate is vibrant and ethereal, leading into flavours of plum, blackberry and licorice spice, with refined tannins adding length and density to the wine.

Riverstone Estate Shiraz

Shiraz - Deep rich cherry red in colour. A robust aroma with very ripe plum/cherry tones and obvious oak leading to a mouth filling palate with long finish. The palate is soft, well balanced with a lingering fruity finish. The wine is ready to drink now or can be cellared for up to 8-10 years.

Barwon Ridge Fortified Shiraz

Fermentation was stopped by the addition of a blend of quality grape spirits. The wine was then matured in French oak barrels until bottling. This has produced an attractive fortified wine with lovely lifted fruit aromas, a rich palate and lively spirit/fruit aftertaste.
