Pale golden yellow in colour, the wine has aromas of fresh apricot, white flowers and a touch of honey. It offers generous flavours of white peaches, apricots and a hint of grapefuit enlivened by crisp and refreshing acidity.

Since the early 90's, Penfolds have been producing Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. The Chardonnay is elegant with white florals, stone fruits and a great acidity structure. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.
