Colour: Intense crimson purple. Nose: Distinctive and intriguing, the nose captivates with its varietal rustic charm. Fresh beetroot juice, fragrant lemon thyme, blood plum and floral flecks fill the glass, evolving and opening further with time. Palate: A rich core of dark savoury fruit provides depth and intensity. The core of blood plum and purple fig is complexed with earthy warm spice and subtle savoury oak.
