Tasting Notes The Chardonnay is sourced from our western facing block. The yields are a little lower from this block which gives added intensity. The Chardonnay shows some lemon and nutmeg on the nose while it has a fresh citrus flavoured palate with a tight finish. The potential to cellar for the next 3 -5 years. The Viognier was hand harvested from our vineyard out near Wombat.The wine has zesty fresh characteristics with a palate situated somewhere between that of a Chardonnay and a Semillon.
