"Obtained from carefully selected grapes, this wine represents the maximum expression of the potential that Langhe Arneis can reach. The word “Srej” comes from the Piedmontese dialect and means “oak forest”, the name by which the vineyard on the hill in front of the winery is traditionally known. It is distinguished by its enveloping aroma that evokes the harmony of freshly picked tropical fruits, with notes of pineapple, mango and papaya. It is the ideal companion for fish dishes, egg pasta with delicate fillings, white meats and medium-aged cheeses."
