Thistledown Gorgeous Old Vine McLaren Vale Grenache

Sourced from a number of old vineyards in the Riverland and McLaren Vale, some of which are dry grown bush vines. Aromatic and lifted on the nose with a beautifully layered, textural palate with wild strawberry and spice. Vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine.

Angove Whirlpool Corner Shiraz

Brokenwood Shiraz

Brokenwood Shiraz is a ripe and generous Shiraz with lifted cherry and mint aromas nicely balanced with sweet chocolate notes on the nose and a soft rich palate with savoury cedary flavours and fine grained tannins on the finish.

Kalleske Moppa Shiraz

Another great success story of grape grower turned grower/winemaker. Troy Kalleske is the latest custodian of a family heritage that dates back to 1853 when the Kalleske family first planted vineyards in the Moppa sub-discrict of Greenock, in the north-west of the Barossa Valley. This Shiraz (with a touch of Viognier and Petit Verdot) is 100% biodynamic and has concentrated aromas of blueberry, cloves, violets and dried fig. The silken palate that follows has dark fruit and lifted notes of floral with a sublime length of flavour.

Kanoetree Shiraz

Way & Cat Cradle Series S.A. Cabernet Sauvignon

This fabulous Cabernet showcases all the vibrant sunshine goodness of top-quality South Australian fruit. Rich, juicy, and full-flavoured, and brimming with dark fruit flavours, it's no wonder it boasts Gold. The term ‘Wayfaring’ means ‘to travel’, while ‘Catador’ means ‘taster’ in Spanish. Bring these together and you get a rough definition of what our roving wine buyers do each vintage – discover the best wines from the best regions to bring you a stunning final product. In this case from sites across South Australia. This eye-catching label depicts South Australia’s state flower: Sturt’s Desert Pea. And it's not just a pretty label... pour yourself a glass and find out!

Jacobs Creek Dbl Brl Cab

Loads of flavour here, but not as much oakiness as you might think. Sure, it's there, but the vibrancy and depth of the fruit more than compensates. Dark fruit freshened by minty regional undertones, great length and smoothness brought about by 5 years in our cellar, and you have a terrific Coonawarra cabernet. Drink now and over the next 2 years.

Capel Vale Debut Cabernet Merlot

Classic Margaret River nose of cassis, mulberries and capsicum. Fermentation and development in French and American oak, gives this wine a delicious mouthful of sweet fruit with notes of chocolate, cedar and plums.

Quarisa Enchanted Tree South Australian Shiraz

John Quarisa has been variously described as a “magician” and a “sorcerer” by Halliday. His wines do have a magic knack of winning Gold. His secret? Over 20 years of experience as a winemaker and wine judge – and a great attitude. As John says, “you just can’t take life too seriously”. His ‘Enchanted Tree’ Shiraz certainly has the magic Midas touch, winning a rare Double Gold. It's dark and sumptuous, with silky raspberry and plum flavours, with a dash of creamy oak and lovely sweet spice.
