The 2018 Victorian Shiraz exhibits chocolate and warm berry fruits on the nose. On the palate, pepper and spice dominate the American oak's chocolate richness. This wine reveals length and generosity but remains soft and dry on the finish. Established in 2005 by the Hill-Smith family, Redbank Victoria specialises in ultra-cool climate wines from the valleys of Eastern Victoria. The vineyards are nestled in the high country of the Victorian alpine region as well as the King Valley, and some select vineyards in Beechworth. The winemakers and viticulturists work closely with a dedicated team of carefully selected independent growers. These small family-run vineyards offer unique and subtle soil and altitude differences that provide Redbank's winemakers with an opportunity to create distinctive wines reflecting the finest attributes of the region. Winemaker Marc van Halderen and viticulturist Nick Dry have a simple philosophy: great wine is made in the vineyard. Together, they craft wines from varieties such as Moscato, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz into styles ranging from aromatic, low alcohol summer whites through to spicy, plummy reds.

MadFish Shiraz is an award-winning red displaying a rich garnet colour with great density. The nose is generous with dark cherry, black and blue berry aromas, as well as subtle savoury notes. The palate offers flavours of cherry, dark plum and chocolate along with an earthy complexity, gentle tannin structure and ample length. All-in-all, it's an opulent, full-bodied wine showing concentrated fruit flavours and a soft, approachable palate. Its a great choice to pair with spicy venison sausages, lamb moussaka or beef bourguignon.

Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine. From our base in the idyllic Adelaide Hills, we work with pristine fruit sourced from iconic vineyard sites. 2018 will go down in history as being one of the best vintages across Western Australia, and this multi-regional blend is perfect evidence of this.Deep red in the glass. Tar and roses on the nose. Quite full-bodied with a solid core of currant and plum, charry oak, firm balancing tannins and graphite, clove and kitchen spice on the persistent finish.

Deep Crimson with violet hues. There is a very delicate and pretty nose with perfumes aromas and a dash of fig. There are some forest floor flavours with a savoury mid palate and a touch of pepper along with rich plums and black cherries.

A wine that showcases fragrances of ripe raspberries and sweet juicy red fruits. A particularly long ripening season allowed winemakers to pick grapes at optimum maturity and resulted in a wine showcasing intense ruby colour, vibrant ripe fruit flavours, a rich full palate and soft fine tannins.
