Crafted by winemaker and viticulturalist James-Paul Marin utilising minimal input and sustainable viticulture. An approachable Sauvignon Blanc, light and refreshing demonstrating tropical fruit salad flavours rather than grassy notes. The distinct citrus fruits; lemon and lime, add a refreshing finish to this lovely, bright, fruit packed expression of the Adelaide Hills and is vegan friendly.

The Jericho Fiano has lovely aromatics of fresh stone fruit and fresh herbs. On the palate, it displays freshly cut apricots and peaches with a touch of melon and lime juice and a lovely structure and texture in the mouth.

This grey-skinned grape Pinot Gris underwent a gentle winemaking process with minimal colour extraction from the skin that resulted in a beautiful blush hue. On the nose, aromas of pear and nectarine are complemented by notes of roses and Turkish delight that are introduced by the yeast. The soft palate is laced with pear and lychee flavours leading to a satisfying finish. This varietal can be enjoyed with oven-roasted chicken, meaty fish or pork dishes.

Lifted tropical fruit aromas highlighted by gooseberry and passionfruit. Textured fruits, nicely balanced with zippy acidity, long clean palate.

For 7 years now, the fruit came from Gibbo’s Vineyard, high in the Piccadilly Valley. Located 560 meters above sea level, nights are cool and the days are fresh, making the region perfect for fruit ripening. Like the previous vintage it has all the hall marks of a great modern chardonnay. According to Halliday, it has great texture, flavour and length. There’s almost a chalkiness to the finish, but there’s plenty of stone fruit, green apple and toast flavours. Finishing with a gentle almond milk character adding that something extra.

COMMUNE OF BUTTONS ABC Chardonnay, Basket Range, Adelaide Hills Commune of Buttons began with a single dream between brother and sister, to continue as second-generation growers of grapes. The ABC is an exciting Chardonnay from the Buttons family vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Whole bunches are pressed in stainless steel tanks and then allowed to go through a wild ferment in the barrel before bottling. This has the distinctive hallmarks of natural wine whilst maintaining a textural, bright and clean freshness.
