Maschio Prosecco
Maschio's Prosecco is produced in the area of Treviso, north of Venice. The wine is light straw yellow with a lively froth followed by a nose full of strong candid fruit and sweet flower hints. The taste is very pleasant with an aromatic aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif and also is ideal throughout the entire meal.
Wynns Shiraz

Spinifex Rose
Vinification is simple and centred around preserving the delicacy, freshness and vitality found in early picked old vine fruit. This Spinifex Rose consists of Grenache (52%), Cinsault (30 %), Mataro (14%) and Ugni blanc (4%). Bunches from mature (averaging 65 years of age) dry drown vineyards are hand harvested and the crushed and left to macerate for between 4 and 48 hrs prior to pressing.

Le Chat Noir Rosé
The Aude Valley, stretching between Carcassonne and the Pyrenees in extreme south of France is similar in climate and Limestone soil to the Loire Valley. The high altitude and cooling evening breezes creates wines with varietal character, acidity and freshness. This wine by Le Chat is very pale pink in colour, sitting well within the classic Provence pale and dry spectrum. The nose is aromatic and sweetly perfumed with aromas of strawberries and rose petals.
