Tasting Notes: The aroma is intense, showing floral lime blossom, lemon sorbet and citrus freshness. The palate is well balanced, crisp and has a hint of fruit sweetness to finish. Winemaker’S Note: This Riesling is a blend of our two vineyards in Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. Wrattonbully being slightly warmer has floral notes, whereas Coonawarra has more acidity and citrus fruits. Vintage Note: 2021 was an overall standout vintage. Near perfect ripening condition and cool, mild weather kept the natural acidity of the whites fresh. Harvest decisions were precicely made and optimal balance of ripeness and acidity was achieved.
