The refreshing and juicy palate features citrus nuances and zingy acidity from the Chardonnay, while the elegant richness and smooth texture are imparted to the wine by the Pinot Noir grapes. The Sticky End Viognier is a supremely delicate sticky with finese and elegance. It is inspired by the Italian Passito style, with less botrytis characteristics and more of a typical Viognier. It is a fresh, fragrant style with zest and taste of tangerine with a mouthfeel of marmalade. It is sticky to the end!

This wine was pressed from its skins early, before the end of fermentation. Its a technique thats perfectly captured plush fruit flavours and a velvety structure.

Debut wines are fresh, fruity, exuberant wines which remain true at all times to their varietal origins. A soft and juicy expression of Malbec, this wine shows flavours of rich plums, dark cherries with a hint of tobacco.
