Dig a little deeper and you'll come across terms such as 'compressible flow' ... and if you're someone who is more interested in the social side of wine enjoyment rather than the science behind it, you'll probably be wanting to stop reading and pour yourself a glass of this juicy and very delicious Malbec showing swathes of fruit to coat your tastebuds.

The Wolf Blass Grey Label Shiraz is an opulent concentrated and complex style with plenty of spicy fruit and a dash of chocolate. True to the style that Wolf himself made from the very beginning of this now iconic brand, this is very tasty and enjoyable now yet it has the weight and complexity to improve with cellaring.

The Bin 28 is named after the Kalimna vineyard that was purchased back in 1945 and from which the original fruit was sourced from. Today, the Bin 28 is a great example of the Penfolds dedication to multi-region, multi-vineyard blending. Taylors Shiraz continues to be one of the most outstanding value for money Shiraz available. Widely acclaimed by many critics, this Shiraz is true to its region and variety, showing ripe plum and blackberry fruit with minty notes in the background. A touch of vanillin oak adds some wonderful interest.
