Thorn-Clarke's home is the higher, elevated and cooler Eden Valley. The cool and long growing season is perfect for aromatic whites like this delicious Pinot Gris. Bold straw with a green hue. Eden Hall Reserve Riesling made from fruit from select rows in block 8 with a south western aspect. It is pale straw yellow showing a lifted, perfumed floral nose with hints of lavender. Steely minerality on the palate with more lemon than lime. A tight, single minded classic Eden Valley Rizza of impecable pedigree smugly basking in its understated nobility.

The Cat Amoungst the Pigeons Riesling has a crisp citrus acid, with a lemon/lime taste.

This is one of the finest Chardonnays produced in Australia. Sourced from vineyards in the High Eden, Mountadam's Chardonnay expresses fruit of peach, nectarine and nashi pear with undertones of spice and nutmeg. A true Chardonnay lovers delight.

Krondorf is a Barossa wine name that is steeped in history and tradition. Beginning with the establishment of the Glenview winery back in 1850s, the Krondorf name was re-born by Grant Burge back in 1978 and today is one of the most successful wineries on the wine show circuit winning countless trophies and gold medals in the past 10 years. This Chardonnay is a bright straw colour with hints of golden yellow, while on the nose aromas of melon and citrus typical of the varietal are present. The long and persistent palate is wonderfully textured and a great match for some smoked trout.

The Cat Amoungst the Pigeons Chardonnay has a white peach, nectarine and melon fruit taste with a subtle oak, crisp acid line.

Heggies Above 500m Chardonnay shows fresh aromas of citrus zest, quince and white flowers, with an underlying hint of spicy oak. A zesty and lively palate, with ripe quince and stone fruit flavours, balanced by a crisp acidity which drives the palate length. Subtle nuances of fine French oak complement the fresh varietal expression.
