After spending the past 3 years in our cellar programme, the 2017 Yering Station "Yarra" Pinot Noir emerges in all of its autumnal glory. The soft red fruit and violet aroma is now nuanced with the brambly undergrowth character that many "pinotphiles" seek. Tasted in October, 2022, this is a wine at its peak, although another year in your cellar will do no harm.

This is delightfully styled, showing sweet cherry, floral, olive and warm spice aromas, leading to a beautifully smooth palate that's rounded and flowing. A lovely expression of the variety with an immediate appeal. At its best: now to 2028
