Selected Cabernet Sauvignon from premium vineyards throughout Langhorne Creek was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure. The wine has lifted aromas of chocolate and dark cherries, with a richly flavoured palate of spicy ripe plum that finishes with smooth tannins. With superb length, it drinks beautifully now and will reward patient cellaring. Like many of Australia's renowned wine regions, Langhorne Creek in South Australia was founded by people who had: 'The vision to see what could be and the passion to make it happen'. We managed to secure the last stocks of this Trophy and double Gold-medal winning vintage.
