Turkey Flat Rosé is a blend of four varieties in which each adds it's own particular character. Dominated by Grenache, this revolutionary Rosé has cherry, strawberry and herbal notes with fresh acidity and just the right amount of fresh fruit sweetness to carry it off. Perfect on it's own or matched with a plate of freshly barbecued prawns.
Ulithorne Epoch Rose
Made by Rose Kentish from Ulithorne at Domaine de la Sangliere, on the south coast of Provence, near Toulon. Vineyard and Vinification are run under organic principals. Pale Salmon-pink hue, a blend of Cinsault and Grenache. Fresh grapefruit with a hint of Rose Petals and red fruits of Strawberries and a long, dry, fresh finish.
Tikves Alexandria Rose Cuvee
Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.

This lovely, light pink coloured wine was crafted using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fragrances of fresh and floral candied fruits flow off the aromatic nose, effortlessly fusing with the dry and refreshing palate full of Pinot Noir flavours. Cool mineral acidity balances these elements, leading to a long and satisfactory finish. Pair this delightful Rose with light salads, rice, pasta and goat cheese.
Studio by Miraval Rosé
The name of this wine, STUDIO by Miraval, was not chosen by chance. In 1977, jazz musician Jacques Loussier, the owner of the estate at the time, had a recording studio built there, and hosted international artists of the caliber of Pink Floyd, The Cure, Muse, AC/DC, Wham, Sting, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Chris Rea, and French artists such as Indochine, Telephone, and Bashung. Turning their back on the famous studios of London and elsewhere, they came for the quality of the sound but also for the inspiration procured by this place that the current owners firmly intend to preserve.
Nick Spencer Gundagai Rose
Pale pink in colour. Aromas of fresh strawberries and watermelon. The palate is bright and refreshing with a silky mouthfeel. Perfect for all seasons. The fruit was lightly pressed to stainless steel for fermentation. The wine is completely dry and was bottled in May 2018. Nick Spencer Wines is a small Canberra based wine company dedicated to producing exceptional, hand crafted wines that honour their local landscape. Producing stunning, award winning wines for nearly two decades, Nick's passion and remarkable talent for considered, quality wines is evident in every bottle. Awarded a degree in oenology at the University of Adelaide in 2000, Nick has worked for notable producers across the industry including Rosemount, Coldstream Hills, Madew Wines, Tertini Wines, and most recently, proudly lead the team at Eden Road for almost a decade. Nick has received extensive industry recognition, winning the 2009 Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy, the National Wineshow Trophy for Best Shiraz in 2011; as a Len Evans tutorial scholar in 2011, as a finalist in the Young Gun of Wine Award in 2011 and a finalist in the Gourmet Traveler Winemaker of the Year in 2014. Nick made wine in Khakheti in Georgia for several years, has toured extensively through France, New Zealand and Californian wine regions and is a regular judge at many regional and national wine shows including in Sydney and Queensland. Nick lives in Canberra with his wife Sarah and their two young children.
