FARNESE Fantini Calalenta Terre Siciliane Rose

On the nose it is clean and intense with raspberrymelon and grapefruit underlined with a floral note of rose andbroom. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh. It can besilky and even saline.

Dune Bonaire Rosé

The style is bone dry but full of texture, red cherry sweet herbs and orange blossum. The 2018 is made from Carignan, Shiraz and a little Sangiovese . These were all picked for Rose in late February. The fruit was handpicked and pressed off into seasoned barrels and one stainless tank. The stainless tank was fermented cool on light lees- the barrel component was ambient, wild and on full solids. After a months the two parcels were blended and retuned to barrels prior to bottling. Dune is a new project from the family that brought you Coriole wines.

This outstanding rosé is a collaboration between Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse and Gérard Bertrand. It represents the spirit and lifestyle of the south of France. The grapes were selected from only the best sites. Elegant, with a pale rose colour. The wine is fresh and lively with distinctive minerality and a long-lasting finish, intensified by aging in French oak barrels. Its intense aromas of red fruit, citrus fruit and spices make it another perfect companion to be shared among friends.

Chalmers Rosato

Former Gourmet Traveller WINE Viticulturist of the Year, the Chalmers family is renowned as Australia's key pioneer with so-called "alternative varieties", as grapevine importers, growers and cheerleaders of so many Mediterranean grapes that are enjoying great demand nowadays. In 2017 Chalmers once again sourced the grapes for their rosato from the highest altitude, most prized block at their Heathcote site. For the first time, though, all three of the varieties planted there made it into this unique blend. Aglianico (63%), Sagrantino (33%) and Nero d'Avola (4%) were hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed, and vinified separately.

Deviation Road Altair Brut Rose Non-Vintage

We select the fruit from the cool south-facing slopes high in the Adelaide Hills. Sweet strawberry, cherry and spice aromas follow through to the palate, where the lively bubbles add lift and balance to these fruit flavours. This wine has wonderful length and supple mouth feel. Winemaking: The fruit is all hand-picked and whole bunch pressed into tank for fermentation. A remaining parcel of Pinot Noir is fermented as red wine in open top fermenters with daily plunging. Fermentation lasts around 12 days and the wines go through malo-lactic ferment over winter to soften the acids. Blending then takes place, combining the clear base wine with around 4-7% of the red wine to achieve the pale pink colour and fruit lift that is signature of this wine. Try with tuna sashimi, salmon or chilli prawns.
