Forester Estate Lifestyle Cabernet Merlot
Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). This is a beautifully expressive wine. Inky, rich and herbal Cabernet melds with plummy, velvety, mouthfilling Merlot to create a really layered and complex wine you want to keep on sipping.

One afternoon in Kentucky, a distillery owner’s loyal Sheep Dog knocked his glass of whiskey into an open jar of peanut butter. The result was a little bit shocking... and then it was intriguing… until it was just outright delicious! And so a new breed of whiskey was born.
