Chardonnay handcrafted from fruit grown in some of south eastern Australia's premium wine regions.

Quality dry white wine, a blend (cuvée) of the Chardonnay and Riesling varieties with delicate golden colour and a greenish reflection. It exhibits fresh and intense aromas of banana, pear and peach, as well as notes of apple, orange and lemon blossoms with well-balanced acidity and a lingering flavour.

The 2017 Chardonnay fruit was handpicked in pristine condition. Lifted bouquet of nectarines and stone fruits with an underlay of toasty spice. Barrel ferment characters add complexity while flavours of citrus and cashew swirl around the palate to give a long flavoursome finish.

In the glass: Fine straw with a faint hint of green.On the nose: A super-ripe mix of nectarine, melon and fig with fine oak spice. On the palate: A very smartly made expression of Chardonnay thats super-ripe, fresh and crisp throughout with velvety soft texture and deluxe oak harmony.

In the glass: Pale lemon.On the nose: Peach, citrus, almond and vanillin oak. On the palate: Smooth and creamy with a decadent mix of citrus and stonefruit, vanillin oak support, velvety mouth-feel and fresh acidity.

The 2015 Cherry Tree Hill Chardonnay is a great example of a cool climate wine. The depth of amazing fruit is complimented perfectly by subtle oak tannins integrated from ten months ageing in large format French and Hungarian oak barrels.
