Made by French Benedictine monks at Fecamp, Dom Benedictine has as its basis the blending of 27 different plants and spices from five continents. These include a blend of herbs, spices and an infusion of saffron, honey, thyme, tea and caramel. The quality of ingredients and the maturation of Benedictine in oak casks for three months combine to produce a truly unique spirit.

This special Aromatic Water is distilled from hand harvested Sugar Kelp gathered by our local seaweed harvester Lewis Mackenzie from around our shores. Simply add a few drops to your Isle of Harris Gin to bring a wave of Outer Hebridean seas and an extra essence of the island directly to your drink. Alternatively, add to seafood to enhance maritime flavours or experiment in a coastal-influenced dram of whisky.

These Willamette variety raspberries are grown in the deep south of Tasmanian, in the foot hills of our world heritage Mount Field National Park at the Westerway Raspberry Farm, owned and operated by the Clark family for over 25 years. These raspberries, originally from the north-west of USA are a sweet and juicy variety, great for jams, juicing and of course gin ;). With a very short shelf life and harvest season (4-6 weeks) you have to be quick to get your hands on the real thing, but if you miss out, don’t worry…. we have the next best thing :).
