Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

The 12 Year Old Special Reserve is sweet, yet full bodied Kentucky Straight Bourbon which is well crafted and balanced beautifully. On the nose is Butterscotch and Demerara sugar followed by gentle spices, cinnamon, charcoal , coffee and honey on the palate and a long lingering finish full of caramel. This Bourbon can be enjoyed after dinner, much like a good cognac.

Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old 107 Proof Bourbon Whiskey is one of the smoothest Whiskies you will find. It is bottled as close to cask strength as possible. The nose is sweet and soft with wheat, corn, custard and dried fruits followed by a rich and think palate with vanilla and caramel with subtle hints of coffee beans and soft oak. The finish is long and spicy.

Old Rip Van Winkle 13 Year Old Family Reserve Rye displays refined maturity with toasty oak, black pepper and spices on the nose followed by sweet and spicy body full of caramel, prunes and oak.
