Château Caroline Moulis en Medoc

Château Caroline shows a deep ruby color. It has an easy-going, but attractive red cherry and wild strawberry-scented bouquet with touches of cedar coming through with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, layers of cedar-infused black fruit and a crisp, earthy finish that is long and satisfying

Chateau Troupian Haut-Medoc

Very deep crimson robe, brilliant with violet tinges. Fruity-spicy nose, complex, with aromas of cherry. Fleshy mouth, balanced, persistent with notes of black fruit and vanilla.

Salvard Val de Loire Pinot Noir

Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille quietly go about their business producing true, supple wines from the clay and limestone plains of Cheverny in the central Loire. Having worked with the brother’s great-value Sauvignon Blanc for years now, we have turned our attention to the Domaine's tasty Pinot Noir that comes from a small, 1.5-hectare a plot of 10–20-year-old vines. Like its white sibling, this is all tank-fermented and aged. It has plenty of substance to complement the juicy fruit and crunchy redcurrant and pomegranate flavours. It's plump, vibrant palate accompanies a mouth-watering freshness that calls for another sip (or another glass, or another bottle!)

Folie De Chauvin

The Folie De Chauvin 2016 from the esteemed Chateau Chauvin in Bordeaux, France is a stunning representation of the region's classic style. This deep ruby red wine opens with a bouquet of ripe blackberries, plums, and hints of cedar and earthiness. On the palate, it displays a full-bodied richness, with velvety tannins and a balanced acidity. Flavors of dark cherries, blackcurrant, and a touch of vanilla linger on the finish, leaving a pleasant warmth. The 2016 vintage was a superb growing season, resulting in a wine that showcases the best of this terroir. With its elegant structure and impressive depth, the Folie De Chauvin 2016 is a testament to the skill and expertise of Chateau Chauvin. Enjoy now or cellar for a few years to let it evolve even further. A true gem from Bordeaux.
