The 'Special Vatting' peaty malt Whisky is a vatting of three single cask whiskies distilled in Scotland, each one having aged over 12 years in oak. Reduced to 45% alc./vol. Beige amber tint. So fine, so elegant so complex, so rich, this wonderful cognac is quite lively in spite of its very old ageing, creamy and appetizing, offering some notes of dried and jammy fruit, with the finest rancio aromas, leather, cigar box fragrances, toasted chocolate, liquorice and toffee.

Pair with any white meat dishes, a substantial seafood meal or explore Asian cuisine ably supported by the lime and mango on the nose and the palate of pineapple, mango and ginger. A dollop of Viognier gives this Chardonnay some muscle. Delicious.

The belnd of rich blackcurrant, bramble and gentle pepper make this a very distinctive wine. Vanilla from the oak is subtle and the tannins are softer than most other cabernets. Silky and satisfying.
