Hand crafted wine that shows delicacy, focus and finesse, which is indicative of this vineyard. The nose displays lifted lime blossom and pink grapefruit aromas. The palate has clarity, backbone, focus and length, with a finish complemented by zesty freshness.

The St Andrews range from Taylors fly the flag for the iconic South Australian winery. The ultra premium wines are the true expression of the winemaking talents and terroir in which the fruit in grown. The Riesling has taken a little time to develop, but is now showing brilliant lime, citrus and tropical fruit balanced with cutting acidity.

The Gold Turtle range from Madfish had always been a family favorite. Pale lime yellow in colour, their Riesling has the classic varietal characters, such as lifted citrus blossom and minerals. Generous lemon curd and citrus fruits on the palate it finishes with mouthwatering acidity. Great match with seafood.

Henschke Julius is a classic expression of Eden Valley Riesling. An almost perfect vintage has provided the citrus blossom and lime aromas and an intense minerally structure which will develop for a decade at least.

With aromas of white citrus blossom and steely minerality on the nose, this Frankland Estate Riesling has soft and approachable flavour combinations of lime and mandarin pith, highlighted by the texture and the hint of spices driving the acidity throughout the palate. Rippling with rich flavour and piercing acidity; it really lands on point, with fresh pear, apple and lime fruits, lifting floral. Finishes clean and precise. Masterful.

This is truly one of Australia's great Rieslings, and not surprising with the myraid of brilliant examples coming out of the Great Southern region in Western Australia. The Howard Park example has pristine aromas of crisp green apple and citrus flowers and a delicate intensely flavoured palate it is a pleasure to drink now or with bottle age.
