The grapes are grown at an elevation of greater than 900 metres on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. Peter Logan’s Sauvignon is a very pale golden colour, and he coaxed vibrant aromas of guava, meyer lemon, sage and white flowers, backed up by a gently textured palate with generous lashings of ripe passionfruit, lime and pink grapefruit.

"Intensity is the key. The burst of tropical fruit flavour is impressive. It's cool and pure like driven snow, a tickle of lemongrass-like flavour helping it all to extend out through the finish. Value almost goes without saying."

Gentle flavours and aromas of lime, citrus and lemongrass complement the distinct aroma of stone-fruit. A mineral element gives presence to a Sancerre-like textural character in the wine. The fresh acidity is balanced by a tiny amount of retained sweetness.

Greedy Bird Moscato is a lighter bodied wine with rich, fresh summer fruits and grape flavours on the palate, with a sweet muscaty characteristic to it. A gentle spritz gives the palate a lively finish.

Fresh flavours of juicy mango and a hint of spice combined with clean distinctive Sauvignon varietal notes make for a light and long refreshing flavour on the palate. With slightly fuller fruit flavours than its crisp companion, there is plenty of ripe melon and passionfruit flavours here.

This wine has an array of fruit flavours of melon, fig and peach, these flavours are complimented by spicy oak, the wine finishes soft yet full, with good length.

This value for money Chardonnay from regions in South Eastern Australia shows aromas of stone fruit with hints of pineapple and toasty oak. On the palate this refreshing white displays a rich texture with peach and pineapple flavours and a long, pleasant finish.
