This wine has an array of fruit flavours of melon, fig and peach, these flavours are complimented by spicy oak, the wine finishes soft yet full, with good length.

Dark Crimson with bright red hues, a varietal nose of blackberries, currants and bright red fruits with hints of tea leaf. The palate is well structured and balanced with ripe blackberry fruits, plum and tarry flavours, with integrated tannins and a fruit filled lingering finish.

This wine is of exceptional quality is made from selected Semillon grapes grown in the prime region of South Eastern Australia. To make it completely unique a special teqhnique was developed to infuse 23 Karat pure gold leaf into the wine. The nose has intense fruit salad and raisin characters while on the palate the fruit flavours are long & lingering, finishing with the intensity and balanced by fresh acidity. The pleasurable experience is best when served chilled. Winemaking:The grapes for this wine were picked at night to keep the temperature cool and enhance fruit quality and freshness.The wine was fermented in tank over a 14 day period with temperature control to retain fruit intensity. Attractive coppery pink in the glass. The nose has notes of musk, candied orange peel, fresh blood orange, sour cherry, fresh herbs and a slight Campari twist. Bitter-edged on the palate with that blood orange note, with musky pear, peach and strawberry fruit. It has a soft phenolic texture along with zesty tannins that add a pleasant grip.
