Tread Softly Sangiovese
A soft and medium bodied rendition of Sangiovese displaying cherries, dark fruits and a savoury dried herb complexity. The palate is juicy and full of ripe berry flavours with a hint of earthy intensity. As this wine is lighter in body it can handle a quick chill prior to serving. Perfect with a classic dish of tagliatelle and meatballs.

Hero of Zero Preservative Free Pinot Noir
Red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky Pinot Noir wine with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spices and a mineral note. Its medium bodied but still very generous for Pinot Noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.

Adaptaur Reserve Durif
Small parcels of the best quality fruit from across top regions in South Australia were chosen for this Reserve Durif – and it shows! It’s big, rich and mouthcoating, a ‘black red’ with some serious heft. Take that as a warning! The wine is named after a type of cattle (Hereford/ Shorthorn cross) bred for the harsh conditions of Australia’s far north, and has been crafted with steak in mind. Hints of black pepper and dark chocolate coat the palate with layers of rich red fruit and black cherry.
