At Cat Amongst The Pigeons, our story begins in the Barossa and is one of vision, courage and the unordinary. When three entrepreneurs found a patch of dirt in the Barossa, and where others said nothing would grow, they followed their intuition and instinct as they new it would grow something special. The Barossa region delivers wines of complexity, layers of flavour, ripe fruit, perfect balance and structure. This 2023 Riesling has citrus aromas followed by lemon and lime flavours with a crisp refreshing palate.

The Banrock Station Pink Moscato displays fresh, floral aromatic notes with a touch of sherbet and musk. The palate exhibits fresh musky flavours with a delicate fairy floss characteristic to it. The natural fruit sweetness is balanced with the fresh acid finish and the gentle spritz gives the wine a refreshing touch.

Macaw Creek Preservative Free Shiraz
This is a wine of intense blackberry fruit, dark chocolate and spice on the nose and palate. The fine tannins, acids and excellent fruit weight will ensure excellent mid term cellaring with the added bonus of no preservatives for those who are sensitive to sulphur.

Josef Chromy Non-Vintage Sparkling
A fresh, lively palate of green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit. Pinot Noir (67%) and Chardonnay (33%) sourced from the Josef Chromy's estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Whole bunches of hand-picked fruit are gently pressed to ensure delicate flavours. After primary ferment the wine is tiraged with no malolactic fermentation and disgorged after 18 months on yeast lees to retain crisp, fresh flavours.
Tread Softly Forever Young Rosé
Wonderfully Pale pink with lifted aromas strawberries and vanilla as well as subtle spice. Vibrant palate of red fruits, with lifted citrus and floral notes. This wine is very light in feel but with terrific flavour and energy.
Yalumba Y Series Sangiovese Rosé
Salmon pink in colour with a delicate fragrance of fresh strawberries and raspberries. Ripe red fruit flavours fill the palate with just an off-dry level of residual sugar. A perfect luncheon rose.
