Australia's premier sparkling winemaker, Ed Carr, produces elite sparkling wines that border on the perfection. The equal to any prestigious Champagne, House of Arras have a track record of releasing Australia's finest examples. Here the new Arras Blanc de Blancs is the latest to join the range and is a sparkling wine that truly expresses the attributes of prestige Tasmanian Chardonnay, meticulous winemaking and extensive age on yeast lees. Hands on techniques including gentle whole bunch pressing, fermentation on light lees which went through 100% malolactic and almost 10 years in tirage were employed. The wine itself is a masterpiece that possesses a brilliant clarity and ultra-fine persistent bead. Lifted citrus of grapefruit and lemon zest are complimented with buttered toast.

This is Prosecco, refreshed. Sorbet Lemon Prosecco is balanced, crisp and refreshing, bursting with flavours of fresh zesty lemon and notes of tropical fruits. Aromas of lifted fresh lemon juice and a lingering citrus flavour make this the perfect mix of zest and fizz. Just pop it in the fridge and pour it out chilled, for refreshment done right.

Sparkling Shiraz is one of Australia's truly unique wine styles and McGuigan do a fantastic job here with copious amounts of fresh and vibrant red fruit just bursting out of the glass.

The Banrock Station Pink Moscato displays fresh, floral aromatic notes with a touch of sherbet and musk. The palate exhibits fresh musky flavours with a delicate fairy floss characteristic to it. The natural fruit sweetness is balanced with the fresh acid finish and the gentle spritz gives the wine a refreshing touch.

Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon has always been a fine mark for great quality Australian Cabernet at a price that is still within reach. When you match that with Dan Murphy's ability to cellar this magnificent wine in our climate controlled cellars you have an opportunity to good to miss. While the 2007 was a difficult year for most in South Australia, Penfolds are in the lucky position of being able to select from a wide array of regions and vineyards to find the best Cabernet expression possible. A more medium weighted 407 than usual, this vintage show finesse and grace that will reward for a decade or more to come.

A fresh, lively palate of green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit. Pinot Noir (67%) and Chardonnay (33%) sourced from the Josef Chromy's estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Whole bunches of hand-picked fruit are gently pressed to ensure delicate flavours. After primary ferment the wine is tiraged with no malolactic fermentation and disgorged after 18 months on yeast lees to retain crisp, fresh flavours.

This little pig is oh so sweet. Squealini Ripe Raspberry is a refreshingly tangy spritz with aromas of fresh primal raspberries. On the palate, a vibrant flavour of fresh raspberry fruits and a clean balanced finish that lingers. Perfect for any celebration or pig-nic with friends!
