Pelorus Rosé is smooth and elegant, with a pale salmon hue and brambly aromas. The nose is laden with raspberries, cranberries and wild strawberries, while red florals, rosehip and marzipan hover at the fringe. Baked quince, cranberry and brioche meet citrus notes on the palate, while its fine structure persists all the way to a soft, dry finish.

Light straw with a lively effervescence. Aromas of pear, apple cider and white flowers balanced with flavours of white peach, honey and nectarine on the palate. Koa Chardonnay Pinot Noir and Prosecco has fine, elegant bubbles and can be enjoyed at any occasion. This delightful wine leaves the palate with white peach and crisp apple acidity, which are balanced by sweet strawberry tones from the Pinot Noir. A great accompaniment to a selection of foods.

Once fermented, a tirage is added, and a second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank. Bubbles are naturally formed and captured to produce a fine sparkling wine.
