The Winemaking: Once harvested the fruit was crushed and pressed; the juice was cold settled and racked to ferment. The ferment was carried out with selected yeast and stopped with some residual sugar. Post fermentation the wine was stabilised, clarified and bottled. This is a classic Pinot Grigio. One that could be easily mistaken for the iconic Italian style that has taken the world by storm! Named after Alfredo Nugan's wife.Bright pale lemon. Ripe pear and background grilled nuts. Bright, zesty and savoury with layers of nashi and white melon, mouth-watering minerally acidity and a long, juicy finish. An enjoyable wine with or without food.

Clean, crisp and dry but much more textural than the standard Fiano. A great example of careful skin contact displaying lemon pith and complex white tannins.

A soft, medium bodied Sangiovese with alluring flavours of spicy dark cherries, dried herbs and rich plum flavours, a juicy palate that finishes with balance and fine tannins.

Elegant bouquet of pineapple, marmalade, touch of cinnamon & nutty vanillan oak. A luscious palate of apricots, honey & citrus flavours combines with botrytis sweetness, finishing with an alluring freshness. Ideal accompaniment to caramelised pear with marscapone cream, drizzled over seasonal fruit with ice cream, blue vein cheese, dried fruit and nuts. Fiano is a rare white grape variety that is well matched to the cool climate of Hilltops, near Young, NSW. Fiano produces a refreshing wine with mandarin and fresh garden herb aromatics, the palate is textural and defined by lingerring lemon acidity.

Bright lemon yellow in colour. Aromas of citrus, ginger and jasmine flowers. Flavoursome on the palate, the wine shows zingy citrus and subtle lees-ageing support.
