This is manifest in Benno Seppelts inception of the Centennial Cellar, a remarkable system of laying down and maturing single barrels of vintage Tawny for significant ageing before release. It is believed to be the world's only unbroken lineage of single vintage wines spanning more than 130 consecutive vintages. This amazing resource allows Seppeltsfield to offer the release of wines at the 30, 40, 50,60,70,80 and 90 year anniversaries to mark a special birthday or milestone.

Z Wine's Rustica Shiraz is an intense crimson red with purple hues followed by aromas of ripe cherry and red plum which are complimented by hints of pepper and spice with lifted perfumed notes. The palate is warm and full flavoured, displaying generous sweet red fruit, such as cherry, raspberry and plum. These fruits are couple with cedar spice notes and the soft mouth-filling tannins carry the fruit as well as providing structure and length to the wine. Kalleske are leaders in organic and biodynamic vine growing and winemaking practices. Their old vine Barossa vineyards are able to produce fruit of the utmost concentration and power. The Eduard is sourced from three dry-grown vineyard blocks that were planted between 1905 and 1960 and which produce extremely low yields. Named after Karl Heinrich 'Eduard' Kalleske who worked the Kalleske vineyards from 1853 until the 1880s.
