Wild Gully vineyard is managed with a commitment to minimal chemical use. With an environmental science background John Stokes planted his Wood Park vineyard amongst regenerating natural bush land in the foothills of the Victorian Alps in 1989. This is a great example of his commitment to preservative free wine, a drink now style rich in citrus pear apple and honey followed on the palate with nectarines and grapefruit and a crisp satifying finish.

Produced in close partnership with some of Australia's finest vineyards, Collaborations is our new capsule range of five wines. After over a year of tasting and scoring, we arrived at our core collection of wines: a Brown Brothers prosecco, a Mr Riggs shiraz, a Yering Station chardonnay, a Pizzini pinot grigio and a Xanadu cabernet sauvignon. Italy’s leading grape varieties have an established home in the King Valley, including the ever-popular pinot grigio. This example of the grape is bright with citrus and pear on the nose and freshness from the nose to the palate with a crisp, minerally finish - a lively white that’s ripe with enthusiasm. From a weekend BBQ to a plate of spaghetti marinara over candlelight, it’s a flexible food wine that is sure to please.

Hail to the King! The king of white wine grapes, that is. True to it's Alpine home, this greets you with a swirl of citrus and stone fruit. There's a creamy element, too - something like peach cobbler or apricot yoghurt. Deftly striking a balance between richness and freshness, between full-fruited palate weight and fresh, energetic acidity. A delightful wine to say the least - this is versatile and friendly High Country chardy at it's best. Drink or hold.

The nose displays apple blossom, green apple, and nectarine, along with strong aromas of white peach with a slight textural and richness through to the palate leaving pronounced acidity, a character typical of cool climate vineyards

De Bertoli Palette Reign Pinot Grigio is bright, aromatic and fruity. Lively with gentle acidity and a creamy finish makes this white wine a most enjoyable drop.

This wine displays the depth and balance for which this variety has developed a cult wine personality following. On the nose it displays aromas of guava, citrus and subtle marjoram spice. Wrapping around a core of chalky minerality are flavours of nectarine, citrus, melon and hazelnuts. Bringing it all together is a bitter almond character that complements the savoury and textured finish. Drink now or be rewarded with cellaring for up to 10 years.
